“Art of Flirting” - Saturday February 13th
Main Event in ICI, guests are more than welcome to go in Le Bar for a pre dinner drink especially the one for the second sittings. The Jason Tesauro will be in Le Bar from 7.30pm to greet the guests.

Seatings: Two seating. First seating times at 5:00, 5:30, and 6:00pm. Three course menu at $40/person ++. Jason is not hosting this event. Second seating at 8:30pm. 5 course dinner at $55/person ++. Hosted by Jason.

Note: The event is hosted by Jason Tesauro, co-author of The Modern Gentleman and The Modern Lover. You can enjoy a pre-dinner reception at Le Bar, followed by a multi-course aphrodisiac dinner.
Tesauro, author and oneophile, will lead couples on the art of courtship throughout the evening.
From advising men on the art of sabering champagne to selecting fine wines and cigars, Tesauro will help both singles and couples bring romance back into their lives.

Organization: Set up of Station will be done in Le Bar. Guests will be able to sit either in Le Bar or ICI.

Fresh Farm Fridays will return in Spring 2010!
Executive Chef Olivier Perret, introduces the "Fresh Farm Friday" Menu,
this and every Friday for lunch and dinner.
Chef Perret visits the Fresh Farm Market weekly on Thursdays and creates his menu using ingredients purchased from this market.
